

Below is our range of cylinder heads, suitable for both Turbo & Supercharged application. I have tried to keep the prices as competetive as possible. All heads feature brand new 21NS stainless steel race quality valves, new silicone bronze bulletnosed guides, new double valve springs & new valve stem oil seals. All heads are refaced, painted & ready to fit. All heads are fully modified with ported inlet and exhaust & feature our unique, enlarged chamber designs.

Fast Road Unleaded. Ideal for fast road applications where the use of unleaded fuel is required. The 29.4mm stainless exhaust valves allow the use of unleaded hardened valve seats, while bullet-nosed guides, boss removal & throat & port work vastly improve flow.
The inlets are enlarged to accept a 35.6mm valve, the guides bullet-nosed & the boss restriction is removed. The seats are 3-angle.
HEAD. Based on the 12g940 casting. The head is refaced to ensure total flatness, is fully ported, features enlarged chambers to lower the compression, has 3 angle valve seats on the inlets, new silicone bronze guides {bullet nosed} are fitted, as are new valve stem oil seals, new 185lb double valve springs.
Exhaust. 29.4mm nitrided 21NS stainless steel race valves. Inlet. 35.6mm nitrided 21NS stainless steel race valves with waisted stems for improved flow, new stem oil seals. Chambers. *High swirl chamber design opened out to 25cc {larger or smaller on request} to lower the compression & allow you to safely run more boost, valves fully deshrouded.
The head is painted & ready to fit. 11 stud on request.

A bigger exhaust valve & bigger ports for greater power outputs. Available in unleaded or leaded spec.

Big Valve Offset Race.
A seriously modified head for serious power outputs. The exhaust valve & port are offset to straighten the exit gas line & a 32mm valve fitted. Using special oversize tapered Colsibro silicone bronze guides to take away the heat. Ports are fully modified & matched to the manifold gasket. This head is the same spec as i run on my car, which produced 184hp @16psi of boost.
