Below is our range of cylinder heads, suitable for natually aspirated application. I have tried to keep the prices as competetive as possible.
All heads feature brand new valves, new guides, new valve springs & new valve stem oil seals. All heads are refaced, painted & ready to fit.
All heads are fully modified with ported inlet and exhaust & feature our unique, chamber designs.

All heads are modified to suit your application, or can be done to your own specification.

Specifically developed for the late MPI engined Mini. The casting used is the correct type with the holes for the alternator mounting.
Nominal chamber volume is 21cc.
The 29.4mm exhaust valve is retained, while the inlet valve size is increased to the larger 35.6mm valve, with guide boss removal & port work on both the inlet & exhaust which vastly improves flow.
The inlet features a 3 angle seat & specially modified valve with a 30 degree back-cut for better flow. While the exhaust is single angle for maximum reliability & longlivety.

Head.
Based on the 12g940 unleaded MPI casting. The head is refaced to ensure total flatness, the inlet & exhaust ports are worked, the chambers are modified to deshroud the valves, new valve guides {bullet nosed} are fitted, as are new valve stem oil seals, new valve springs, & new valves.
Exhaust.
29.4mm road spec mm valves.
Inlet.
35.6mm valves with 30 degree back-cut for improved flow, new stem oil seals.
Chambers.
Chambers opened up & valves fully deshrouded.

The head is painted & ready to fit.

Stage 4 Road/Race.

Head.
Based on the 12g940 casting. The head is refaced to ensure total flatness, is fully ported, features fully worked chambers, has 3 angle valve seats on both inlet & exhaust, new silicone bronze guides {bullet nosed} are fitted, as are new valve stem oil seals, new double valve springs, & new enlarged stainless inlet & exhaust valves.
Exhaust.
31mm nitrided 21NS stainless steel race valves.
Inlet.
35.6mm nitrided 21NS stainless steel race valves with waisted stems for improved flow, new stem oil seals.
Chambers.
Chambers opened up & fully deshrouded & skimmed to give the desired compression ratio.

The head is painted & ready to fit.
