Originally a 1972 998 auto, this is going to be the new project car & be extensively modified for 2010/11. Keep checking back for progress


I'm currently working on a new Turbo-Mini.com project car. This will be a serious track/hillclimb Mini. I've already picked up a suitable car & work is due to commense this summer. Keep checking back for progress updates.

Parts collected so far:

Interior.
Safety devices 19 point rollcage
Carbon shell lightweight bucket seat
Curley carbon dash
Curley carbon boot floor

Exterior.
Force racing alloy split rims

Brakes.
Minisport 4pot alloy callipers
7.5" drilled discs

Suspension.
Adjustable rose jointed tie bars
Adjustable bottom arms

Fuelling.
Brise alloy 5 gallon tank

Engine.
7 port alloy head race spec. Custom fuel injection.



Work has started on the shell. The car has been stripped the rear bin/pockets & the rear seat overhang removed to allow fitment of the cage which will be installed to keep the shell rigid while panels are removed.
