 Below is our range of cylinder heads, suitable for both Turbo & Supercharged application.
All heads feature brand new 21NS stainless steel race quality valves, new silicone bronze bulletnosed guides, new double valve springs & new valve stem oil seals. All heads are refaced, painted & ready to fit.

All heads are modified to suit your application, or can be done to your own specification.

Budget Booster.
Our entry level turbo head for those looking for a performance increase on a budget.
Fitted with nitrided 21NS stainless race quality valves, bulletnosed manganese silicone bronze guides, double valve springs and viton stem oil seals on the inlets.
The porting remains standard but airflow is improved by the installation of a larger 35.7mm race intake valve with a 3 angle valve seat & 29.4mm race
exhaust valves.
The head is fitted with hardened exhaust inserts allowing the use of unleaded fuel.
The chambers are enlarged to deshroud the valves & lower the compression allowing the use of higher boost. Finally the head is refaced to ensure total flatness & is
 painted ready to fit.

Can be drilled for 11 stud on request.

Fast Road/Trackday.

Ideal for fast road/trackday applications where the use of unleaded fuel is required.

The head has fully modified inlet and exhaust ports, with complete guide boss removal to vastly improve airflow, the chambers are enlarged to deshroud the valves & lower the compression allowing the use of higher boost. Finally the head is refaced to ensure total flatness & is
 painted ready to fit.

Big Valve Offset Race.

A seriously modified head for serious power outputs.
Fitted with nitrided 21NS stainless race quality valves, bulletnosed manganese silicone bronze guides on the intakes with a custom oversize Colsibro guide for the exhaust, double valve springs and viton stem oil seals on the inlets.
This head features a larger 35.7mm intake valve, 3 angle valve seats with the exhaust valve & port offset to straighten the gas exit line & a 31mm valve fitted.
Based on the 12g940 casting. The head has a fully modified inlet port with a modified and offset exhaust port, with complete guide boss removal to vastly improve airflow, the chambers are enlarged to deshroud the valves & lower the compression allowing the use of higher boost. Finally the head is refaced to ensure total flatness & is
 painted ready to fit.

MPI Special.


Specifically developed for the late MPI engined Mini. The casting used is the correct type with the holes for the alternator mounting.
Nominal chamber volume is 21.4cc.
The 29.4mm exhaust valve is retained, while the inlet valve size is increased to the larger 35.7mm valve, with guide boss removal & port work on both the inlet & exhaust which vastly improves flow.
The inlet features a 3 angle seat & specially modified valve with a 30 degree back-cut for better flow. While the exhaust is single angle for maximum reliability & longlivety.
Based on the 12g940 unleaded MPI casting
the inlet & exhaust ports are fully modified with complete guide boss removal, the chambers are modified to deshroud the valves, the head is refaced to ensure total flatness & painted ready to fit.

Stage 3 Road.

A modified head with performance road use in mind. Suitable for mild camshafts where RPM is limited to 6,500 & good road manners & improved low end torque are the aim.
The head carries the same spec as the MPI Special, but is based on the standard 12G940 casting, with chambers sized to give the desired compression ratio.

 exhaust valves with 3 angle valve seats, with hardened exhaust inserts allowing the use of unleaded fuel.
Based on the 12g940 casting. The head has fully modified inlet and exhaust ports, with complete guide boss removal to vastly improve airflow, the chambers are  shaped to deshroud the valves & improve combustion. The head is refaced to ensure total flatness & give the desired compression ratio & is
 painted ready to fit.
